Raservation policy:

• V.A.T.(8%) is included in the room rate
  
• Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate
  
• 8% discount is available in cash payments (Euro,USD,TL or any other main currency)
• Rates can be change in any special period as Easther, Fair..ect.
  
• All 0-6 years children stay free of charge in parents room
  
• All older children or adults are charged 20 Euro per night and person for extra beds
  
• Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1
  
• If the reservation cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
  
• If reservation cancelled later or in case of no show, the first night will be charged
  
• Free airport pick-up service is available( from Istanbul Ataturk Airport) for the direct* reservations cover more than three successive nights.
  

*The complimentary airport pick-up service is offered for the reservations which are made directly via our website only .The offer is not valid for reservations made through third party websites.

• -Ataturk Airport transfer is available with the cost of 30 Euro for one way, 55 Euro return upon request
  -Sabiha Gokcen Airport transfer service is also available with the cost of 65 Euro for one way,120 Euro for return upon request.
